Dr. Buxton, his staff and NYEEI/MS personnel have instituted the following safety protocols for your protection.

 

  • All patients and family members and staff will be interviewed on entering the hospital and their temperatures checked. All individuals entering the Infirmary are required to wear a mask. Gloves are optional.

  • Social distancing will be observed throughout the office and exam rooms to the best of our abilities.

  • Our offices will be disinfected thoroughly throughout the day and an extensive room cleaning protocol is carried out by our technicians before each patient comes in. All offices and public spaces are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected by trained hospital staff on a nightly basis.

  • All our staff will be wearing face masks or face coverings for both patient and staff protection.

  • Patient appointments will be spaced appropriately to ensure limited social exposure.

  • Unless necessary, family members and/or aides may not be allowed in the examining areas.
